What makes Dr. Anna special?
Dr. Anna adheres to the physician’s Hippocratic Oath: First do no harm. Dr. Anna does not overcharge, over-prescribe, or endorse any product or procedure that is not backed by research and a solid track record of success. Dr. Anna spent 24 years as an anesthesiologist which makes her injection skills superior which reduces downtime and complications. Additionally, Dr. Anna advocates self-care, self-esteem and nutritional balance, and works with her patients so they can not only look but feel beautiful.
How do I make an initial consultation?
Dr. Anna offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation to all new patients. No referral required. If you are considering having a treatment within your initial consultation please book for 1 hour. It is preferable that you book through our online app. Alternatively, please call 250 590 0883 or email dranna@drannamd.com with any questions.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
We are located at Suite 322, 1964 Fort Street, Victoria BC. We are a 10-minute bus from downtown Victoria or a 5-minute drive, just past the Jubilee Hospital and across the road from a Save On Foods. We are located on Level 3 in the same building as Dr. Poon and a Subway. Patients can park underneath the building for the cost of $2.

Your time at Dr. Anna’s is a pampering experience where the patient comes first. It’s our mission to make you leave feeling better than when you came in. During your consultation Dr. Anna will take the time to discuss all of your needs and options.
What do you charge?
We do not list prices of cosmetic products online or over the phone for two main reasons. Firstly, it is prohibited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, the board who regulates the practices of cosmetic medicine in BC. Secondly, it is in your best interest to have a face-to-face consultation with Dr. Anna to explore all of your options. Beware of clinics who offer discounts and half syringes/vials without meeting you first.
I know exactly what I want and I’m shopping around - why can’t I get a price?
Dr. Anna is at the forefront of the latest technology and is constantly looking for ways to keep her services fairly priced and accessible. So if you’re interested in a particular treatment, we suggest that you consult with Dr. Anna who may suggest a better and less expensive option, including tweakments.
Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no-refund policy for cosmetic procedures which is in accordance to the law. We do offer exchanges for our skincare products. However, we want you to be satisfied with every treatment and feel 100% supported, so please make a follow-up appointment with Dr. Anna to discuss your results.
Do you do TruSculpt or CoolSculpt?
We noticed that when we tried those two machines they did not yield good results. We have better results with Nutritional Counselling, Lifestyle Medicine, and Injectables.
